Selling out the country

Soon our democratic India and the future of our people will be in hands of a few corporate people who can choose to play with poor people’s fate and rights as they wish. Our middle class youth mostly work day and night and even study for hours for many years just for one ray of hope for getting a government job so they could get a good job with handsome salary and job security.

Our government is selling national public assets to its corporate friends be it from healthcare, defense, airports, insurance or banks. The Unemployment rate is increasing with no Jobs left with the government. The BJP led government is selling out the country while sloganeering nationalism. All of this they do in plain sight by distracting people in the name of religion, making secular India into “Hindu rasthra”.

When we should talk about more important topics like unemployment, GDP, increasing prices of fuel, Citizenship amendment act, NRC, farmers protest, PM cares fund, using EC and ED as a tool to suppress the voices, bribing politicians to topple the government, EVM machines being found in their cars, wrote off bad loans of their rich corporate friends, floating fake news on media and creating leaders who are corrupted, murderers, give hate speeches and encourage divide and rule policy. But instead our media and newspaper, who have stopped showing facts, wants to distract us and talk about irrelevant and useless topics like love jihad, Hindu rasthra, Pakistan, building temples and statues and spending thousands of crores in a time when that money could be used to save lives of people during covid, when that money could be used in a time when there is decreasing GDP, unemployment, increasing debt.

Maybe now is the time for change.
